Why?

For its new office just a stone’s throw from A Coruña’s transatlantic dock, the Miramar cruise agency needed a range of audiovisual equipment and, most importantly, a front desk that gave a nod to cruise ships.

Sutec. presented a proposal involving technological integration and audiovisual equipment.

What?

Replica ship

A front desk designed and made to measure in the group’s workshop, and resembling a cruise ship in every detail.

A personalised solution to welcome newly arrived passengers and make them feel informed and well looked after.

Monitors with digital signage integrated into the table, with featured content to inspire action.
To give the effect of water, the lower part of the desk was backlit with blue LED neon lighting by Casambi, which can be adjusted via a KNX controller to create different environments.

Digital Signage

We installed LED screens that passengers can interact with using a QR code or the keypad as they continue on their informative and promotional tour.

All content is configurable using the content management platform specially created for Miramar Cruises.

In the corridors, we used recessed luminaires to guide movement through the space, with round downlights installed in plasterboard walls and square panel downlights in false ceilings.

Screens for collaborative work

We installed various screens in the work area, for internal use.

In the operational area, we installed a screen to display information in real time.

And in the meeting room, we installed a screen with a video camera and a device for sharing information from any PC.
