Sutec was chosen for the lighting and electrical wiring aspects of a construction project for the interior of a detached house.

What?
Lounge dinner
On the open-plan ground floor, comprising the lounge diner and kitchen, we installed three different types of lighting to clearly distinguish each area:
Recessed lighting in the lounge area, a pendant luminaire in the dining area, and surface-mounted spotlights in the kitchen.
Staircase
A bespoke luminaire was designed and manufactured for the stairwell, giving extra warm light for a cosier feel. This fixture consists of different shaped lamps suspended at different heights to connect the upper floor with the lower floor.
Reading room
We installed a track with adjustable spotlights to light the bookcase, giving the customer a choice of lighting options to suit their taste.
Bedrooms
We lit the headboards in each of the bedrooms using LED strips embedded in the woodwork.
Bathrooms
For the lighting above the washbasins, we used backlit mirrors that reflect the light onto the tiling to create a double halo effect.
We also ensured that the recessed downlights in the ceiling have the appropriate degree of watertightness for wet areas.
